A little about me

I grew up in Aurora, Colorado, and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business Administration. I'm married to my best friend, Whitney, an extraordinarily talented business owner. Together we're raising three kids: our daughter Scarlett and our twin boys, Andrew and Allan.

For over twenty years, I worked as a top-producing mortgage banker at SunTrust and then Truist, specializing in lending for physicians. I retired from mortgage banking in 2026 to chase what I had always wanted to do, turn my love of reading into a career.

I've always loved reading. I believe it is the most important thing you can do for your brain.

I'm the voice and creative force behind Book League Storytime Adventures, and the creator of the Book League Reading Tracker app.
